For anyone who ever wanted to have their own private honey supply or raise a garden that was the envy of the neighborhood, read on!

The “Organic Beekeeping 101″ DVD is now available!

When you log on to http://im4bees.com/ and buy the DVD on Friday, December 3, between 6am until midnight, I have arranged for you to receive a bunch of valuable bonus gifts. The bonus items won’t cost you a thing, and are available ONLY as a “Thank You” on Friday!

With this DVD, you will get an up-close and personal look at the lives of bees – some of nature’s most fascinating (and often misunderstood) insects. You’ll also discover why the bee’s survival is so critical to our own. And you’ll realize that anyone (even you) can have a hive that thrives. All you need to do is follow Randy Sue’s excellent, easy-to-understand advice.

Remember this Friday, Dec. 3rd from 6am until midnight log on to http://im4bees.com/ and follow the instructions!

Happy Beekeeping!

It makes a GREAT gift too!

Check out OrganicBeekeeping101.com too!

Beekeeping is a wonderful activity to do with the whole family! It’s educational and a lot of fun!

I have just finished reading the new “Empowering Your Indigo Child – A Handbook for Parents of Children of Spirit” by Wayne Dosick, PhD and Ellen Kaufman Dosick, MSW, published by Weiser Books.

I highly recommend it to all parents or caregivers of today’s children.

This book not only offers helpful, detailed descriptions of some of the kids today, (they focus on Indigo children) but included are three separate processes to help heal energetic issues carried by all sensitive people, but especially the children.

The Dosicks have published these inspired processes which include fun, guided games for parents to play along with their children.

The book contains 3 parts, along with an introduction. Part 1 is “The 17″ Spiritually Healing Children’s Emotional Wounds. These are games for parents and children aged 7-17. Part 2 is ” Gracelight”, the process for Weaving Harmony for the Littlest Indigos ages 0-7. And Part 3 is” The Point of Essence Process”, which is Pro-Claiming the Truth of Who You Are. This process is for 18 years and up.

My 14 year old son and I performed “The 17″ yesterday and I experienced myself becoming emotional several times when he and I connected on such intimate levels. I realized that I had not been really seeing and supporting him as clearly as I thought I had been and I think he felt a closer bond with me after we were through as well.

The games were fun and easy and didn’t take that much time to complete.

I also performed Part 3, The Point of Essence Process for myself and then with my husband. I felt an immediate calming within.

I think this book would benefit any parent and child who invest the small amount of time it takes to play the games. The outcome may surely be relaxation and connectedness to one another as well as the environment, which can benefit everyone, young and old.

This video is part 3 of 4 parts. You can find the other parts on youtube. I thought this one was most relevant in explaining what we currently label “autism”. The beginning of part 3 is referring to autistic children.

LONDON – It wasn’t until Jude met Jenny that the 3-year-old autistic boy understood what happy people look like.

Jenny, a green tram with a human face, had a furrowed brow when her wheel buckled and she got stuck on a track. But after being rescued by friends, she smiled broadly — and that’s when something clicked for little Jude Baines.

“It was revelatory,” his mother, Caron Freeborn told AP Television News in Cambridge, England. Before watching the video, Jude didn’t understand what emotions were and never noticed the expressions on people’s faces, even those of his parents or younger brother.

Jenny’s adventures are part of a DVD for autistic children released this week in the United States called The Transporters.

The DVD teaches autistic children how to recognize emotions like happiness, anger and sadness through the exploits of vehicles including a train, a ferry, and a cable car.

It is the brainchild of Simon Baron-Cohen, director of the Autism Research Centre at Cambridge University. He also happens to be a cousin of Sacha Baron-Cohen, the comedian behind the characters Ali G, the aspiring rapper, and Borat, the crass Kazakh reporter.

Baron-Cohen first became interested in autism in the 1980s while teaching autistic children. “Why should social interaction be so difficult for a child who has very good skills in other areas like memory or an attention to detail?” he wondered.

About a decade ago, Baron-Cohen suggested that autism — which is much less likely to afflict girls — might be an extreme version of the typical male brain. Men tend to understand the world via patterns and structure, whereas women are more inclined to understand emotions and sympathize with others.

Autism, Baron-Cohen believes, is a condition where people perceive systems and patterns while remaining almost oblivious to other people and their feelings.

To help autistic children understand emotions, Baron-Cohen and his team use eight track-based vehicles in their DVD. The vehicles have human faces grafted onto them, making focusing on human features unavoidable. The video was financed by the British government.

“To teach autistic children something they find difficult, we needed an autism-friendly format,” Baron-Cohen said. Autistic children are particularly drawn to predictable vehicles that move on tracks like trains and trams.

“Autistic children are often puzzled by faces, so this video helps focus on them in a way that makes it very appealing and soothing,” said Uta Frith, an emeritus professor of cognitive development at University College London, who was not involved in developing the video.

Frith said the DVD was a way for autistic children to learn social skills the way other children might learn math or a foreign language.

In a small study of 20 autistic children between ages 4 and 7, Baron-Cohen and colleagues found that autistic children who watched the video for at least 15 minutes a day for one month had caught up with normal children in their ability to identify emotions.

But Baron-Cohen cautioned that while autistic children might be able to recognize emotions better after watching the DVD, that would not necessarily change their behavior at home or on the playground.

“This is not some kind of miracle cure,” he said. “It just shows that if you have the opportunity to practice these social skills, you can improve.”

Other experts said the video was not a replacement for working and playing with real people.

“You can’t just park your child in front of this for hours and go to the other room,” said Catherine Lord, director of the Autism and Communication Disorders Center at the University of Michigan. “This will hopefully start interactions or play sequences that kids can then play with real people.”

When the DVD was released in Britain in 2007, Baron-Cohen and colleagues distributed 40,000 copies free to families with an autistic child or to doctors working with them.

The DVD sells for $57.50 and includes interactive quizzes and a booklet for parents and teachers. It is available online at http://www.thetransporters.com. Half of the profits go to autism charities and research, and the other half goes to Changing Media Development, the company Baron-Cohen launched with colleagues.

Similar videos have been produced, but Lord said those have struggled to capture children’s attention. In Baron-Cohen’s study, some parents reported that their children watched the DVD hundreds of times within a month.

Freeborn said The Transporters DVD has made a “massive difference” for Jude and their family.

“(Jude) now understands what disgusted is, which is quite important if you have a younger brother,” she said.

Check out www.whatsuponplanetearth.com to read about the latest energetic scene on the planet. Karen Bishop receives some very accurate information from “above” and writes about it at great length. I happen to agree with her description of autistic children as well as the ones we label indigo, crystalline, etc.

I personally don’t agree with labeling children. I prefer to just know they are here for their own purpose, just as the rest of us are, which is why no one is any better or worse then another. I prefer to support them in their growth and allow them to “be” as they need and want to “be”. I don’t pretend to know what that purpose is or that anyone’s purpose is even any of my business. This includes my own children.

This is why I feel it is incredibly inappropriate for anyone, (parent, teacher, etc.) to tell another, (child, friend, etc.) what they should do with their life. There’s no way to know what that child has on their spiritual list of things to experience here on Earth, just as it’s not possible for anyone to know what your purpose is. Bottom line – mind your own business and be an example of someone who is living a life you love by doing what you love in every moment of every day. It is possible.

Here’s a question written by one of Karen’s readers:

My twins are on the autistic spectrum. I have read about crystal/indigo children and autism, does it have implications in ascension?

Thanks,

C.

I don’t know much about the labels you describe, but I have had experience with autistic children. They are truly awesome indeed. They literally have one foot in one dimension and another foot in another dimension…much like us now! Autistic children are easy for higher vibrating individuals to interact with because they are at more similar levels and they can “see” each other. Autistic children are here to bridge the gap by holding a line of connection between dimensions. This is why the incidence of autism has skyrocketed in recent years. Our new children, or those you refer to as crystals and indigos, have a bit of a different purpose. More information about them can be found in an answer further along in this Questions & Answers section.
